CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The[Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, February 28, 1995, at <br />the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: Mayor Glen Hardin <br /> Councilmember Carolyn Beahen <br /> Councilmember Sheila Beyer (arrived approximately 7:15 p.m.) <br /> Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br /> Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />City Administrator Ryan Schroeder <br />Finance Officer Jessie Hart <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br />Attorney Gerry Randall <br /> <br />Al~o Present: <br /> <br />cXt, t, a'o ORDER <br /> <br /> Mayor Hardin called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:02 p.m. and led <br /> the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br /> OATH OF OFFICE <br /> <br /> Police Chief Mike Auspos introduced Police Officer Gary Voit. Mr. Gerry Randall of <br /> andall, Dehn & Goodrich issued the oath of office to Officer Voit. <br /> <br /> ~ITIZEN INPUT <br /> ~one <br /> ? <br /> ;APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />:City Administrator Schroeder reported that Mr. Elwyn Tinklenberg, who was scheduled to <br />~make a presentation (Case #1) had to reschedule; therefore, Case #1 should be deleted from <br />~the agenda. <br /> <br />~ Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to approve <br />i the agenda as amended. <br /> <br /> Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Co. uncilmembers Peterson, Beahen, Peterson <br /> and Zimmerman. Voting No: None.
