Ms. Frolik described the building as being
constructed of pge-cast concrete panels that will be served by sanitary sewer and municipal
water. She explained that there will be 50 spaces for employee parking and I0 for visitor
parking. Ms. Fr~>lik stated that the site plan was forwarded to Anoka County for review
and they have v~rbally expressed concern with the proposal for two accesses onto County
Road 4/116. Ani option has been presented by Miller Architects and Wendelrs which
retains the two a~cesses but relocates them to align with street and driveway intersections
on the south sideiof County Road #116. Ms. Frolik commented that she has not received a
decision from the Anoka County Highway Department regarding the two access point
proposal. Ms. FrOlik announced that Mr. Jeff Houle from Miller Architects and Mr. Larry
Cody from Wendi:Irs are present if Council has any questions.

Motion by Couneilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to approve
the proposed sito plan for Wendelrs contingent upon modifying the site plan and the

City Council/February 28, 1995
