The last amendment made on the chart was in November, 1994,
which included tliree title changes, two in the PoliCe Department and one in Administrative
Services. He reported that at the last Personnel Committee meeting, Maintenance Worker
Dan Bray had ~sked that he be reassigned a supervisor. At that same meeting,
Councilmember ~eyer had asked for the organizational chart because there may be other
changes to consi0er as well. Mr. Schroeder stated he would prefer to wait to do any
amendments to tl~e organizational chart until after the Assistant to the City Administrator
position has beer filled and that person has had a chance to be on board awhile. This
allows for us to See what skills and abilities the new person has, plus it gives the new
Council a longer time to work together.

Personnel Committee/March 14, 1995
