Intent: To accommodate certain restricted business uses to act <br />as a transition betaveen intense nonresidential districts and residential districts. These uses are to <br />provide services ~d goods only for the surrounding neighborhoods and are not intended to draw <br />customers from ~e entire City. <br /> <br /> S~)d. 2 Permitted Uses: (Subject to general requirements and performance <br />standards as speci!ied by this chapter). <br /> <br />a. Offices and banks. - <br /> <br />b. Personal and professional services. <br /> <br />c. Medical clinics. "' <br /> <br />B-2 District: <br /> <br />S~bd. 3. <br /> <br />d. Barber shops. <br /> <br />e. Beauty parlors..' <br /> <br />f. Laundromat, self-service washing and drying. <br /> <br />g. Convenience grocery and/or food operations, may include convenience <br /> gas (no vehicle service or repair). Furthermore, that the enclosed area <br /> devoted to convenience/deli food activity shall not exceed 20% of the <br /> gross floor area. <br /> <br />h.
