He stated that he works for the Hennepin Park System with thousands of acres of <br />parks and trails to connect them all. Some of these trails exist and some do not, but they all will <br />exist eventually because they are planned for. He explained that if a line or dot isn't put on a map, <br />nothing Will ever happen. He compared Ramsey's future growth to Maple Grove. He asked, "do <br />we want~to have a plan, or some modge podge like the City of Fridley".
