A previous agreement with the Developer for the River's Bend 3rd subdivision required the <br />developer to contribute to the oversizing of Xldmo Street, an MSA street. Under that agreement, <br />the Developer paid the full cost of the Xkimo street improvements of River's Bend 3rd Addition <br />which included $16,106.48, the City's share of the street construction. This amount shall be <br />credited toward the Developers share of Xldmo Street on Rivers Bend 4th Addition, which will be <br />undertaken by the City as an MSA project. <br /> <br />The Developer agrees to be assessed for thc cost of one half of Xldmo Street to residential street <br />standards and one half of thc cost of Xldmo to MSA standards. The credit of $I6,606.48 will be <br />used tc~reduce the amount of this assessment. In addition, the Developer agrees to escrow an <br />amountof $30,000 which shall be used for the purpose of connecting Xldmo Street to T.H. ~47 at <br />some point in the furore. <br /> <br />The sewer, water and storm sewer improvements will be constructed as a public improvement <br />project. <br /> <br />As with River's Bend 3rd Addition, the developer will be required to continue the sidewalk along <br />Xkimo Street N.W.
