The developer will be required to submit a Tree Preservation Plan that <br />identifies any existing trees to be preserved and references the planting of a 2 inch diameter tree in <br />the front yard of each of the lots. <br /> <br />The City Council wffi be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 25, 1995 to consider the request <br />for final plat appro~}al of River's Bend 4th Addition. The proposed development agreement is <br />enclosed for your ~formation.
