The DEVELOPER shall provide to the CITY <br />a dopy of .all required land development/environmental <br />per,_it(s) and permit requirements from' all other <br />governmental agencieS' .including U.S. Army Corp of <br />Engineers and Department of Natural Resources. <br /> <br />-Req~.irements for Buildinq Permits. The CITY is considering this <br />improvement as a special assessment project. The <br />DEVELOPER agrees to make advance payment to the CITY in <br /> <br /> <br />
