Commissioner Deemer noted that the only uses being eliminated are <br />restaurants and adult uses-accessory, and the only use being added is the convenience store with <br />gas sales; this will Eot change the character of the area. Commissioner Holland felt that a <br />SuperAmerica on their comer would be wonderful, and this is a great opportunity to get a premiere <br />business in Ramsey.' <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #3: <br /> <br />ReqU. est to Rezone Certain Property from B-3 Highway Business to <br />R-1 Urban Residential; Case of Super Bowl, Inc. and Fitzsimonds <br />Builders, Inc. <br /> <br />Zoning Administrater Frolik advised that Super Bowl, Inc., the fee title owner, and Fitzsimonds <br />Builders, Inc. have l applied to rezone Lot 6, Block 4 of Riverside West from B-3 Highway <br />Business to R-1 Urb~u~ residential. She explained that upon approval of the rezoning, Fitzsimonds <br />Builders, Inc. propoa~es' to plat the property into three (3) residential lots. <br /> <br />Motion by Commiss,ioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Holland to amend the findings <br />of fact in the aff'urnl~tive and recommend that City Council adopt the amended findings of fact <br />relating to a request from Super Bowl, Inc. to rezone certain property from B-3 Highway Business <br />to R-1 Urban Residei~tial. <br /> <br />Motion carried. ¥oting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, Holland, <br />Hendriksen, LaDue,;Terry, and Thomd.
