NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) That the Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br /> contract with W. B. Miller, Inc. in the name of the City of Ramsey for the construction of <br /> -Uranium Street and McKinley Street and the extension of sanitary sewer and municipal <br /> water services in the amount of $293,298.50. <br /> <br />2) What the Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br /> :contract with Countryview Nursery in the name of the City of Ramsey for the berm <br /> _planting on Uranium Street in the amount of $10,000.00. <br /> <br />3) That the City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders <br /> the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidders and the <br /> next to lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councitmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and thefollowing abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 9th day of May, 1995. <br /> <br />ATTEST: Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
