The only major substantive <br />change from our prior letter agreement changes hourly rates to the following: <br /> <br />Attorneys for the Firm on matters other than <br />interest or grievance arbitrations and <br />litigation $105/hour <br /> <br />Attorneys for the Firm on interest or grievance <br />arbitrations! and litigation .............................. $125/hour <br /> <br />Paralegal, hw clerks, data research ......................... $65/hour <br /> <br />This change shall become effective 30 days from the date of this letter. <br /> <br />In the event that ~e City would like to consider moving to a retainer agreement at some time <br />in the future please feel free to contact me so that we can discuss the matter further. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />An Equal Opportunity Employer <br /> <br /> <br />
