We are pleased to continue <br />offering the following services as requested on a time schedule appropriate to the labor <br />negotiation and personnel requirements of the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br /> (1) Prepare for and conduct any Bureau of Mediation Services unit determination <br /> hearings required and handle appeal of those matters through the BMS appeal <br /> process as directed. Review and update unit determinations, when appropriate. <br /> <br />Development of management strategy, including review of existing contracts and <br />interviews with appropriate management personnel. <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />Representation as Chief Management Negotiator, including responsibility as <br />management spokesman for "at the table" negotiations; and preparation of <br />management proposals, contract drafts, appropriate status reports and settlement <br />summaries for City Council information and action. <br /> <br />(3) <br /> <br />Representation as Negotiator in any strike situation including consultation and <br />assistance with preparation of whatever strike plans are deemed necessary. <br /> <br />(4) <br /> <br />(5) <br /> <br />(6) <br /> <br />Prepare and conduct interest arbitration representation as required for essential <br />units. <br /> <br />Consult and participate in contract administration, information and training <br />sessions for supervisors, as requested. <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br />I' <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />An Equal Opportunity Employer <br /> <br /> <br />
