I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmember ~ <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #95-05- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF DEAL INDUSTRIAL <br />PARK. ~ <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, lames D. Deal, hereafter referred to as "Developer" has property applied for <br />plat approval on the fdllowing described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on April 14, 1995, the City received application and sketch plan from <br />James Deal for Deal I~)dustrial Park; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS~ ~?he Ramsey Planning Commission met on May 2, 1995, and approved the <br />sketch plan of Deal In~lustrial Park and directed the developer to proceed to the final plat stage; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Commission met on May 9, 1995 and <br />recommended a cash payment to satisfy park dedication requirements. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFOR[g, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />I) <br /> <br />That the RamS~ey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Deal Industrial Park in <br />accordance with relevant City Codes. <br /> <br />The motion for the ad{ption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolation was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 23rd day of May, ~[995. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #95-05-XXX <br /> Page 1 of I <br /> <br /> <br />
