The requirement in the commercial district is $1500/acre or 5% of <br />market value, whichever is greater. The subdivision will be reviewed by <br />the Park Commission on Thursday, May 11 at 6:00 p.m.. You should <br />contact Parks & Utilities Coordinator Mark Boos (427-1410 or 427-1741) <br />regarding the location of the meeting, the exact dollar amount being <br />recommended, and the necessity of your attendance at the meeting. <br /> <br /> The Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 2, 1995, <br /> at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., to consider your <br /> request for sketch plan review of Deal Industrial park. A copy of the case cover <br /> sheet is enclosed for your information. I suggest that you, or your representative, <br /> be present at the meeting to answer any questions that may arise.
