The conditions of this <br /> ~HOWS: <br /> STRUCTURE. All building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered <br /> engineer Or architect. <br /> <br /> STATEi BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The structure shall be <br /> constmctq, d in accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. <br /> <br />SITE P~AN COMPLIANCE. The structures shall be sited and constructed on <br />the Site ~s shown on the Site Plan submitted by the Permittee, which Site Plan <br />consists c~f one (1) sheet dated April 25, 1995, Revision <br /> , !995. <br /> <br />REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permittee shah construct and install the <br />following site improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and <br />location ~ shown on the Site Plan. The Required Improvements are as follows: <br /> <br />a. Bituminous driveways, parking and maneuvering areas <br />b. C~ncrete curbing around the perimeter of all bituminous surfacing <br />c. Site grading ' <br />d. SCd and seed <br />e. L~dscaping <br />f. F'.a', e lanes <br />The ("Re~ uired Improvements)". <br />FIRE LANES. Fire lanes shall be maintained on the Site. The exact location of <br />these iterris~ on the Site shall be as directed by the City's Fire Chief· <br />LIGHTLY_- G. Any lighting installed on the structure or in the parking lot shall be <br />designed .ko as to deflect light away from Uranium Street N.W. <br /> <br />BUILDING FACADE. The Permittee agrees to construct ail building faces of <br />the same ~aterial as listed on the Site Plan, pre-case concrete panels, as certified by <br />the Zonin~Administrator. <br /> <br /> <br />
