RESOLUTION NO. R-89-63 RESOLUTION AMENDING/CLARIFYING COLLECTOR STREET FEES WHEREAS, the Savage City Council adopted Resolution No. R-86-37 and thereby established collector street fees; and wHEREAS, the Council adopted Resolutions R-86-76 and R-87-163 amending/ clarifying collector street fees; and WHEREAS, the Council wishes to further amend and clarify when such fees are to]be collected. NOW THEREFQRE, BE tT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of.the City of Savage hereby replace Resolution R-87-163 with the following: SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL A= Developmental Assessment: SilO0 per net developable acre of property due and payable at time of platting, or issuance of initial building permit on a lot of record within the MUSA, whichever occurs first. Building Permit Fee: $180 per residential lot or dwelling unit due at time of initial building permit issuance (citywide). Said fees shall apply to all building permits issued after May 22, 1986 and to all lots created before or after said date. NON SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL A. $240~ per acre of developable property due at the time of platting, or issuance of initial building permit on a lot of record within the MUSA, whichever occurs first. B~ IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said initial building permit shall be defined as the first building permit issued on a parcel of record within the MUSA, or a p~rmit (ssued because the previous principal structure has been raged or destroyed. Adopted by the Mayor and Council of the City of Savage, Scott County, Minnesota this 24th day of July, 1989.
