STRF_.ET SIGN.S. i The Developer acknowledges that it is responsible for the cost of street signs that are nl~eded for' this development. Street signs can be of regulatory, general warning, directiO~nal/guidance type. Signs will bo installed by the City or by a contractor under contract tb tho City at locations as determined by the City Engineer. Payment will be made at tho time that the Developer Agreement is signed in accordance with the rate set forth in the City of Savage Street Sign Policy. The current rate per sign is * Subsequent p~hases shall use the rate in effect at the time the Developer's Agreement is signed. EROSION_AND' ISEDJ.M.ENTATION CONTROL. In accordance with City Ordinances and approved policieS, the Developer is responsible to maintain soil erosion-and sedimentation controls within ~nd off Of the development site. The Developer islresponsible to ensure that all contractors, home builders, home purchasers and other partials involved in the property development/construction are notified of this responsibility. Itlis the Developer's responsibility to ensure that all remedial work is complete either by the DeFeloper or by forces under contract to the Developer. [ INTERIM WEAR .12OURSE.POL|CY. The Developer agrees to abide with the conditions of the Interim Bitumin!ous Wear Surfacing Policy adopted by the City of Savage for completion/finalization of the street construction. ~GENERAL a, Binding Ef{fect. The terms and provisions hereof shall bo binding upon and inure to the benefit of!the heirs, representatives, successors, and assigns of the parties hereto. Reference~herein to Developer, if there be more than one, shall mean each and ali of them. Th~s Agreement at the option of the City, shall be placed on record so as to give notic~e hereof to subsequent purchasers and encumbrances of all or any part of the Subdi~vision. All recording fees, if any, shall be paid by the developer. Bonds an~t Payments. The amount of seven percent (7%) of the total construction cost of S~hedule A improvements is a fee charged by the City as compensation for plan revie~w and approval, construction inspection, construction management and other cosis related to improvements constructed and installed by the Developer, and as such is not refundable. It is duo and payable upon signature on the final plat. r
