An authorized agent of SpeedCutters Outdoor Maintenance <br />LLC has signed this proposal. <br />2L <br />SpeedCutters Outdoor Maintenance LLC, Signature <br />July 7, 2011 <br />Proposal Date <br />Terms: <br />• All invoices are due within 10 days of receipt. <br />• SpeedCutters carries $2,000,000 worth of commercial liability insurance and will provide an <br />insurance certificate upon request. <br />• Contract can be canceled by either party with a 30 day written notice from the first of the month <br />following the notice being served. <br />Acceptance: <br />This proposal, including the items and conditions printed on it, if any is hereby accepted. (1) (We) <br />authorize the performance of the work indicated above and agree that the terms and conditions of the <br />Proposal now constitute a binding contract. The terms and conditions of any purchase order or other <br />confirming documentation which SpeedCutters Outdoor Maintenance LLC. may issue, shall not modify <br />the terms of this contract. <br />I, the undersigned, understand and agree that there will be an interest charge of 1.5% per month on any <br />past due balance over 30 days.
