Core Aeration (available at an extra cost and is not part of the base maintenance agreement) <br />1. Common turf areas will be core -aerated one time per season to a depth of no more than 2.5 <br />inches. <br />2. Underground lines not buried properly may be damaged (eg. Irrigation lines and heads, cable <br />TV, gas, electric, etc). If damages occur, customer agrees not to hold contractor responsible for <br />damages. <br />Price: $225.00 <br />B. Mulching (available at an extra cost and is not part of the base maintenance agreement) <br />1. Replenish mulch to a 2" depth in all mulched areas. <br />2. Will match color and density of current mulch as close as possible. <br />3. Yardage to be determined by SpeedCutters Outdoor Maintenance, LLC and the property <br />manager requesting the work. <br />Price: $65.00 per yard installed <br />C. Tree and Shrub Planting or Replacement (available at an extra cost and is not part of the base <br />maintenance agreement) <br />1. Remove existing tree or shrub and prepare area for new plant. <br />2. Add or Replace trees and shrubs with same type. <br />3. Mulch or finish surface with same cover. <br />Price: Time and materials ($35.00 per man hour for time figure) <br />D. Deep Root Feeding of Trees and Shrubs (available at an extra cost and is not part of the base <br />maintenance agreement) <br />1.
