I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />ON IMPROVEh <br />AND WATER A <br />RIVER'S BEND <br /> <br /> WHEREA <br />1995 a report has <br />Improvement Proj~ <br />River's Bend 4th A <br /> <br /> introduced thc following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #95-06-_ <br />; <br /> <br />RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING <br />lENT PROJECT g05-17 (EXTENSION OF SANITARY SEWER <br />.ND STREET IMPROVEMENTS TO THE PROPOSED PLAT OF <br />4TH ADDITION) <br /> <br />S, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council, adopted May 9, <br />been prepared by Mr. Steven Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to <br />ict g95-17 (Extension of Sanitary Sewer and Water to the Proposed Plat of <br />ddition); and <br /> <br /> WHEREA <br />which indicates the:following: <br /> <br />S, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on June 13, 1995 <br /> <br />NOW <br />CITY <br /> <br />Estimated t~tal cost of project <br />Estimated t; .tal assessment <br /> <br />THEREFIgRE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE <br />OF RAMiIEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF <br /> <br />$191,685 <br />$167,882 <br /> <br />CITY .COUNCIL OF THE <br />MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ra'mscy City Council will consider the improvements of sewer, water and streets <br /> in accordani:e with the report and the assessment of benefited property for all or a portion <br /> of the cost iof the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the <br /> Ramsey Cio Code Section 4.60 at an estimated total cost of $191,685. <br /> <br />2) That a publlic hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 1 lth day of <br /> July, 1995 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and <br /> the City A~lministrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and <br /> improveme(~t as required by law. <br /> <br />The motion for the hdoption of thc foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> [ <br />and the following Were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resblution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 13th day o~June, 1995. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />1St <br /> <br /> <br />
