Councilmember ~ introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #95-06- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION iAUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PLATS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey is the owner of certain lands in Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, and; : <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, from time to time, the City Council may approve final platting of these <br />lands; and ~ <br /> <br /> WHERE&S, the Anoka County Registrar of Titles requires a Resolution of the Ramsey <br />City Council apprriving the execution of these plats by the Mayor and City Administrator. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the R~unsey City Council authorizes and directs the Mayor and City Administrator to <br /> execute plats on behalf of the City of Ramsey and the execution of said plat by the Mayor <br /> and City A,l:lministrator is hereby ratified and confirmed. <br />The motion for the~ adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following ~oted against the same: <br /> <br />and fire following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said re~olution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 13th day of June, 1995. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
