Schroeder, City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br />On March 14, 1995, the Personnel Committee directed that the Organization Chart be <br />brought to the J~ne or July meeting for review. Prior to that, January 31, 1995, the <br />Committee had aOthorized filling the Administrative Services Manager vacancy. This was <br />followed by an April 11, 1995 authorization to fill the Senior Accountant vacancy. (Diana <br />Lund started wor~c June 1, 1995.) At the same time, Council decided to delay filling the <br />first vacancy until after the. Senior Accountant was on board. . <br /> <br />Attached is a cha!t. of the organization as it is presently operating, given the above changes. <br />Also attached is the authorized organization contained within the 1995 budget document. <br /> <br />My request at ~ time is that you table action on this item to the July meeting. Further, <br />that you provideiany suggestions at this time for any issues you'd like addressed at that <br />meeting. I suspect~ that I will have a recommendation for filling the existing vacancy at that <br />time.
