Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #95 -06- <br />RESOLUTIOrj ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #95 -15 <br />(THE CONSTJtUCTION OF SANITARY SEWER, WATERMAIN, STORM <br />SEWER AND STREETS TO FOX KNOLL ADDITION) <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the May 23, 1995, fixed a <br />date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of the Construction of Sanitary <br />Sewer, Watermaih, Storm Sewer and Streets to Fox Knoll Addition (Project #95 -15); and <br />WHEREAS, the petition received by the City contained 100 percent of the <br />benefitted proper owners; and <br />WHERtAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the <br />hearing was given, and the hearing was held on June 13, 1995, at which time all persons <br />desiring to be he4rd were given such opportunity. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br />1) That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution <br />adopted May 23, 1995. <br />2) That Steven J. Jankowski, City Engineer, is hereby designated as the engineer for <br />this impr g vement. He shall prepare or have prepared the plans and specifications <br />for the m" 9 of such improvement. <br />The motion forj the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: <br />and the following�voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the followingrwere absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 27th day of June, 1995. <br />ATTEST: <br />Mayor <br />City Administratot <br />HS <br />
