NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey City Council will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on <br />Tuesday, June 27, 1995, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request to vacate the following easements: <br />The drainage and utility easements described as follows: <br />The South and East 10.00 feet of Lot i and the South and East 10.00 feet of Lot 2, all in <br />Block 1, RAMSEY 67 INDUSTRIAL PARK SECOND ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />according to the record plat thereof. <br />All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the request. <br />Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey City Council, 15153 <br />Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota, 55303.
