Regarding Staff s suggestion that discussions be initiated with Mr.Muller regarding the need for <br />easements for additional right -of -way to accommodate a signalized intersection at T.H. #47 and <br />167th and pedestrian pathway along T.H. #47 and 167th, the Planning Commission suggested that <br />these discussions take place at some point in the future. <br />Recommendation: <br />City Staff and the Planning Commission recommend approval of the site plan as submitted. <br />Council Action: <br />Motion to: <br />Approve /deny the proposed site plan, as submitted, for the expansion of the Rum River <br />Plaza shopping center and contingent upon the applicant entering into a development <br />agreement with the City. <br />Review Checklist: <br />CC: <br />� S® <br />City Administrator <br />City Engineer <br />6/27/95 <br />
