Drain e and Ut ility • Drainage from all three lots shall be <br />collecT <br />and discharged to the wetland located along the western boundary. <br />Runoust receive detention and skimming prior to discharge. Per the City Engineer's recommendation, a drainage <br />easem nt for the discharge pipe has been identified along west plat <br />bound, ry, concurrent with the proposed location for the private service <br />road. <br />The wetland has been protected on the final plat with a drainage and utility <br />easemnnt. Copies of the wetland delineation worksheets should be <br />submided to the City for review. <br />The standard 10 foot wide drainage and utility easements has been provided <br />along t e outer perimeter of the plat; the standard 5 foot wide drainage and <br />utility easements along all common property lines may be a hindrance to any <br />future (crossover of drives and off - street parking areas between the lots. <br />Therefore, these easements may be removed from the plat. <br />b. A copy of the case cover sheet and <br />proposed devellopment agreement is enclosed for your information.
