Per the City Engineer's recommendation, a drainage easem nt for the discharge pipe has been identified along west plat bound, ry, concurrent with the proposed location for the private service road. The wetland has been protected on the final plat with a drainage and utility easemnnt. Copies of the wetland delineation worksheets should be submided to the City for review. The standard 10 foot wide drainage and utility easements has been provided along t e outer perimeter of the plat; the standard 5 foot wide drainage and utility easements along all common property lines may be a hindrance to any future (crossover of drives and off - street parking areas between the lots.
