Courcilmember introduce the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #95- 06 -..,,, <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF RIVER/47 PLAZA <br />WHEREAS, Rum River Properties, hereinafter referred to as 'Developer" has properly <br />applied for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />That part of Government Lot 6, Section 36, Township 32, Range 25, lying <br />westerly of the centerline of State Trunk Highway No. 47 according to the duly <br />recorded plats of OXBOW ADDITION, RIVER'S BEND PLAZA and RIVER'S <br />BEND PLAZA 3RD ADDITION; and lying north of the Northerly line of the right - <br />of -way of County Road No. 116 as now shown on the duly recorded plat of <br />ANOKA COUNTY HIGHWAY RIGHT -OF -WAY PLAT NO. 36, The West line <br />of said Government Lot 6 is as now shown on the duly recorded plats of said <br />OXBOW ADDITION and of MINERAL POND, and the Southwest corner of said <br />Government Lot 6 is also on the westerly extension of the monumented North line <br />of the duly recorded plat of BROM ADDITION, said corner and line also being <br />marked by Judicial Landmarks set pursuant to Torens Case No. T -2299. <br />AND WHEREAS, can May 11, 1995, the City received application and sketch plan from <br />the Developer; and <br />- WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission met on June 6, 1995, and approved the <br />sketch plan of River /47 Plaza and directed the Developer to proceed to the final plat stage; and <br />WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Commission met on June g, 1995, and <br />recommended a cash payment to satisfy park dedication requirements. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to River /47 Plaza in <br />accordance with relevant City Codes. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 27th day of June, 1995. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST': I <br />City Administrator <br />RESOLUTION #95.06-XXX <br />910 Page 1of1 <br />
