Provide details on how the project tasks <br />are to be divided among the various team members. Identify the key team <br />member who is responsible for all the project activities, correspondence, and <br />deliverables and how this person will assure a successful project completion. <br />5. Responder will prepare a detailed work plan which will identify the major <br />tasks to be accomplished and be used as a schedule and managing tool, as <br />well as the basis for invoicing. <br />5. Identify the level of the City's participation in the project as well as any other <br />services to be provided by the City. <br />7. The conceptual and technical approach to the conduct of the study including <br />the involvement of the T.H. #47 Corridor Study Task Force, Steering <br />Committee, and the public along the corridor. <br />3. Project work plan identifying the project deliverables and time line under <br />which the project can be completed. <br />- 4. Qualifications of both firm and project team personnel in traffic engineering <br />and transportation planning. Experience of project personnel will be given <br />greater weight than that of the firm. <br />5. Project budget <br />Evaluation and selection will be completed by approximately August 1, 1995. <br />
