Provide details on how the project tasks are to be divided among the various team members. Identify the key team member who is responsible for all the project activities, correspondence, and deliverables and how this person will assure a successful project completion. 5. Responder will prepare a detailed work plan which will identify the major tasks to be accomplished and be used as a schedule and managing tool, as well as the basis for invoicing. 5. Identify the level of the City's participation in the project as well as any other services to be provided by the City. 7. Evaluation Criteria: All proposals received by the deadline will be evaluated by representatives of the project steering committee, which shall consist of representatives of City Council, City Staff, Anoka County and MnDOT. 1.
