Late proposals will not be accepted. Submit 6 copies of the proposal. proposals are to be sealed in mailing envelopes or packages with the ' responder s1name and address clearly written on the outside. Terms of the proposal as stated must be valid for the length of the project. I F The projec� will be completed by October 31, 1995; or within 4 months from the date of pro authorization. G . Proposal Qontents: ' The following will be considered minimum contents of the proposal: 1. Restate the firms' understanding of the project scope, objectives, goals, and ' corhplexity. 2. Identify and describe the deliverables to be provided by the responder. ' 3. Outline the responder's background and experience with particular emphasis on Jocal, state, and federal government work. Identify key personnel to cotduct the project and detail their training and work experience. No change ' iniersonnel assigned to the project will be permitted without the approval of the City.
