These additional meetings <br />accounted 25.5 hours beyond the contract. <br />Review with Planning Commission (Task 1.07) <br />Review meetings with the Planning and Zoning Commission were to require <br />' eight hours (according to the contract. However, these meetings actually exceeded <br />the allotted [time by 30 hours. <br />' Because the = additional effort was not the fault of BRW, Inc., and because the City <br />staff and /ot appointed or elected officials essentially required us to attend the <br />meetings a#d revise the draft plans as described above, we feel that it is fair and <br />' warranted that we be compensated for our time. Therefore, we respectfully <br />request thaj the City sign the enclosed Contract Addendum agreeing to <br />compensatq BRW up to an additional $3,960. <br />' We hope and expect that the new "not -to- exceed" amount of $19,680 will be <br />adequate tq cover all the requested services without further requests for contract <br />1 addenda.
