Basic Engineerinci Services <br />' • Preparation of plans and specifications for a 100 foot long bridge over <br />Wetland €I 14P. <br />• Prepare necessary submittal information to the Minnesota Department of <br />Transporation and the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources. <br />• Prepare inal cost estimate. <br />' Solicit a ; d obtain bids. <br />• Provide project observation by registered professional engineer. <br />• Review §hop drawings, change orders, prepare and certify payment <br />' requests.. <br />• Assist the City and the DNR with a mitigation plan. <br />' Estimated "not to exceed" .cost of basic services: $25,900. <br />II.
