H. No. 10. <br />Based on our proposal of September 20, 1994, the original project included 12,500 <br />feet of piping. The proposed extension of service to the Deal site requires an <br />additional 4400 feet of piping including a jacking under the railroad. The additional <br />piping is approximately a 34.4 percent increase over the original project. We would <br />propose to complete the additional work at a cost proportional to the added work. <br />Therefore, our estimated cost of service are as follows: <br />Basic Service: <br />$36,000 x 34.4% _ $12,700 <br />Technical Service: <br />$43,000 x 34.4% = $14,800 <br />Total estimated cost of additional service: $27,560 <br />If you have any questions regarding this proposal, please let us know. <br />Sincerely, <br />HAKANSON ANDERSON ASSOCIATES INC. <br />Peter R.
