ORDINANCE NO. 95-XX <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING <br />UTILITY EASEMENT IN THE <br />MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />CERTAIN DEDICATED <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, <br /> <br /> DRAINAGE AND <br />ANOKA COUNTY, <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY. <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City <br />of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> <br />The following described dedicated drainage and utility easements is hereby vacated, to-wit: <br /> <br />The East 10 Feet of Lot 1, Block 1, Ramsey 67 Industrial Park Second Addition <br /> <br />The South 10 Feet of Lot 1, Block t, Ramsey 67 Industrial Park Second Addition <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br />i <br />I <br />I, <br /> <br />The East 10 Feet of Lot 2, Block 1, Ramsey 67 Industrial Park Second Addition <br /> <br />The 20 Foot drainage and utility easement on the common lot line between Lots 1 <br />and 2, Block 1, Ramsey 67 Industrial Park Second Addition <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
