In your letter you request certain information gathered by <br />me in preparation of my memorandum dated April 15, 1994 addressed <br />to the Ramsey city Council, regarding possible conflict of interest <br />in approval of Amber Ridge. <br /> <br /> Please be advised that in preparation of this memorandum I <br />relied on conversation with then Councilmember Hardin and legal <br />research.
