Jankowski, City Engineer <br /> <br />Notification: <br /> <br />The benefitted property owners of this project are the developers of the subdivision. They have <br />been notified of tl~is public hearing and have also received a copy of the feasibility study prior to <br />the meeting. <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City Council {[irected the City Engineer to prepare or have prepared a feasibility study for the <br />extension and cor/struction of Sanitary Sewer and Watermain to River/47 Plaza Addition. The <br />requested report l~as been prepared and is attached for your review. In addition, the following <br />items have been included. <br /> <br /> 1) Public hearing notice <br /> 2) Feasibility Study <br /> 3) Proposed resolution ordering the project <br /> <br />Because the Cityihas received a petition representing 100 percent of the benefitted property <br />owners, it may adopt the attached resolution ordering the project this evening. <br /> <br />RecommendatiOn: <br /> <br />The City Staff recCmmends the adoption of the resolution ordering Improvement Project #95-18, <br />extension and construction of Sanitary Sewer and Watermain to River/47 Plaza Addition. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to adopt R~solution g95-07- ordering Improvement Project #95-18, extension <br />and construction of Sanitary Sewer and Watermain to River/47 Plaza Addition. <br /> <br />Reviewed By: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br />City Engineer <br /> <br />CC:07/11/95 <br /> <br /> <br />
