CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA #95-18 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: NOtice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Ramsey will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 11, 1995 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, MN. The purpose of the hearing is to consider Improvement Project 4/95-18 (Municipal Sanitary Sewer and Water Extension to the Proposed Plat of River/47 Plaza Addition) pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.11 and Chapter 4 of the Ramsey City Code. The area proposed to be assessed for such improvement is the area encompassed by the proposed plat of River/47 Plaza. The estimated total cost of the above described project is $84,t36. The estimated cost of sudh improvement to the benefitted parcel is $91,459. This cost will be assessed over five years with interest at two percent above the prime lending rate. The estimated yearly cost to the benefitted parcel is $24,746 (estimated at 11%). Ail interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the proposed improvement project. The City of Ramsey complies with the Americans With Disabilities Act and upon advance request, information will be provided in an alternative form and interpreters will be available. Any person with such a request should contact City Engineer Steven Jankowski at 427-1410 by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 5, 1995. There is a TDD machine at Ramsey Municipal Center; the number is 427-8591. Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey City Council, 15153 N0wthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, MN 55303.
