Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #95-07- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF RIVERVIEW BOWL <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Superbowl, Inc. hereafter referred to as "Developer" has properly applied <br />for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br /> Lots 2,6 and 7, Block 4 Riverside West, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on May 16, 1995, the City received application and sketch plan from <br />SUPerbowl, Inc. for Riverview Bowl. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission met on June 8, 1995, and approved the <br />sketch plan of Riverview Bowl and directed the Developer to proceed to the final plat stage; and <br /> <br /> : WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Commission met on June 8, 1995 and determined <br />that park dedication shall be satisfied with cash contribution for each of the two new residential lots <br />created, with a pro rata credit for previous park dedication payments for the plat of Riverside West. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Riverview Bowl in <br /> accordance with relevant City Codes and contingent upon developer entering into a <br /> development agreement with the City. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the__th day of , 1995. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> I <br />I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
