oniJune 6, 1995, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing and reviewed the request. At ~that time, it was noted that the grading project must also be reviewed by the Northfork Homeowners Association. Based on concerns expressed by some of the area residents and the City Engineer, the Planning Comrrfission tabled action on the request until after the Homeowners Association has had the opportunity to review the project. On July 5, City Staff presented the Planning Commission with a memo summarizing a telephone conversation with the Chairperson of the Northfork Homeowners Association in which their responses to the proposed grading project were discussed. The City Engineer also reported some modifications to the grading plan that would alleviate the drainage and flooding concerns. Recommendation: City Staff and the Planning Commission recommend approval of the conditional use permit for grading. Council Action: Motion to: Adopt Resolution g-95-07- adopting Findings of Fact #__ relating to North Fork's request for a conditional use permit to grade and export soils in Northfork Links. Motion to: Approve/deny the request for a grading permit in Northfork Links and adopt Resolution g95-07- .. declaring terms of same.
