I I I I I I I I I I I COMMISSION INPUT 1) Federal', Cartridge Meeting City Administraior Schroeder disseminated an agenda for the meeting planned with Federal Cartridge. He mbted Item//4 which is the possible fire satellite location at Central Park. CouncilmemberBeyer liked that idea. 2) Space Needs City Administrator Schroeder stated that he had sent out reqUests for cost estimates for a new Pohce Dep,artment facility but he had not shipped out any other requests. Councilmembe~ Beyer commented that it upsets her that plans for a Public Works and Police Departm6nt did not include new construction. Mr. Schroeder guggested that Councilmember Beyer would like how the Public Works garage turned out. Councilmembe~. Beyer responded that she has heard it's beautiful but she does not like the idea of the different departments spread out over the City. She then inquired if Mr. Schroeder has afiy idea the cost estimate for the Police facility. Mr. Schroeder Stated he requested an estimate under $500,000. 3) Code Enforcement Councilmembe~ Beahen and Beyer commented on the good job of code enforcement being done by Inter0 Kendra Lindahl. They added that the spreadsheets are sufficient information; a copy of each letter sent out is not necessary. ADJOURNMENT Motion by Councilmember Beahen and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried~ Voting Yes: Councilmembers Beahen and Beyer. Voting No: None. Absent: Mayo~Hardin.
