I <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />COMMISSION INPUT <br /> <br />1) Federal', Cartridge Meeting <br /> <br />City Administraior Schroeder disseminated an agenda for the meeting planned with Federal <br />Cartridge. He mbted Item//4 which is the possible fire satellite location at Central Park. <br /> <br />CouncilmemberBeyer liked that idea. <br /> <br />2) Space Needs <br /> <br />City Administrator Schroeder stated that he had sent out reqUests for cost estimates for a <br />new Pohce Dep,artment facility but he had not shipped out any other requests. <br /> <br />Councilmembe~ Beyer commented that it upsets her that plans for a Public Works and <br />Police Departm6nt did not include new construction. <br /> <br />Mr. Schroeder guggested that Councilmember Beyer would like how the Public Works <br />garage turned out. <br /> <br />Councilmembe~. Beyer responded that she has heard it's beautiful but she does not like the <br />idea of the different departments spread out over the City. She then inquired if Mr. <br />Schroeder has afiy idea the cost estimate for the Police facility. <br /> <br />Mr. Schroeder Stated he requested an estimate under $500,000. <br /> <br />3) Code Enforcement <br /> <br />Councilmembe~ Beahen and Beyer commented on the good job of code enforcement being <br />done by Inter0 Kendra Lindahl. They added that the spreadsheets are sufficient <br />information; a copy of each letter sent out is not necessary. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Beahen and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to adjourn the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried~ Voting Yes: Councilmembers Beahen and Beyer.
