I I I I I I I I (Ramsey) Motion by Councilmember Beyer and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to request that Short,I Elliot, Hendrickson provide a proposal to expand the traffic study area to include Sunfish Lake Boulevard in Ramsey, including traffic from the future Anoka Electric Cooperative Energ~ Business Park. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Beyer, Zimmerman, Beahen and Peterson. Voting Isio: None (Anoka) Motion by Councilmember Cotten and seconded by Mayor Beberg to request that Short, Elliot, Hendricksog provide a proposal to expand the traffic study area to include Sunfish Lake Boulevard in Rarnsey, including traffic from the future Anoka Electric Cooperative Energy Business Park. : Motion carried. VOting Yes: Mayor Beberg, Councilmembers Cotten, Weaver and Wesp. Voting No: None. Absent~: CouncilmemberMann. 7) Update on~ Animal Containment Facility Anoka City Manager Nagel provided a brief update on the animal containment facility. By consensus, both Cduncils support continuing to work together on this issue. 8 ) Follow-Up Meeting/Issues Anoka Mayor Beberg expressed a desire to continue working together on the industrial park and other issues. He fui'ther asked that a follow-up meeting be scheduled for August or September. Ramsey Mayor H~din stated a need to work on transportation issues as well in order to plan for the future. 9) Lower R~m River Water Management Organization Joint Powers Agreement Anoka Councilmember Weaver thanked the Ramsey Council for their efforts to pass upon the compromise Lowee Rum River Water Management Organization Joint Powers Agreement.
