NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUN'D' <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> : <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />NOtice is hereby given that the Ramsey City Council will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on <br />TUesday, July 25, 1995, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request to vacate the following easements: <br /> <br />The drainage and utility easements described as follows: <br /> <br />That portion of a drainage and utility easement lying five feet or] both sides of the <br />common lot line between Lot 4 and Lot 5 of Block 2 of River's Bluff subdivision, the <br />center line of said easement being described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at the southeasterly corner of Lot 4 Block 2 of River's Bluff 2nd Addition; <br />hence North 57 degrees 41 minutes 46 seconds West along the common property line <br />with Lot 5 Block 2 of said subdivision west to the point of beginning; then North 57 <br />degrees 41 minutes 46 seconds west to a distance of 370 feet + and thence terminating. <br />The point of termination being exactly 70 feet from the center of the cul-de-sac of <br />152nd Court N.W. <br /> <br />interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the request. <br /> <br />Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey City Council, 15153 <br />Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota, 55303.
