All waste is proposed to be stored indoors until such time <br />as it is transferred toithe clubhouse dumpster. <br />There will be no aqCess to the mair~tenance building from public roads; access will be via the <br />existing dirt path frc~, the clubhouse area, running south and parallel with Hwy. g47. Elimination <br />of golf carts crossing Hwy. g47 to get to the existing maintenance building on the west side of that <br />highway will improv~e vehicular safety. <br /> <br />In a telephone conv~safion with Mr. Schmldt on July 17, City Staff was informed that the only <br />issue not agreed upOn between himself and the golf course was the roof material. Mr. Schmidt is <br />requesting an asphal~t shingle roof and the golf course has proposed a metal roof. <br /> <br />Recommendatiom <br /> <br />The Planning Commission recommend approval of the amendment to the development plan and a <br />site plan acceptable ~ Mr. Schmidt, the applicant and City Code. <br /> <br />City Staff recommends approval of the amendment to the development plan.
