DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> Development Agreement by and between the City of Ramsey, <br />Minnesota (City), and Rum River Meadows Associates, a partnership <br />Organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota (Developer). <br /> <br /> WITNESSE~It: <br /> <br /> WHERFAS, Developer is the owner of certain real property <br />Situated in Anoka County, Minnesota, located in the City of <br />Ramsey, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Developer is also the agent for all of the owners <br /> <br />of certain real property which are proposed to be included in the <br /> <br />plat of Rum River Hills, in the City of R~rasey, Minnesota, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Developer desires to effect the recording of said <br />plat with the Anoka County Recorder, upon the execution and <br />approval thereof by the City Council of the City of Ramsey, <br />iMinnesota. <br /> <br /> SC[4 ~!qER~ORE, in cons~.deration of the mutual convenants and <br />Promises herein contained, it is agreed as follows: <br /> <br /> 1.
