Upon the issuance of a certificate of occupancy, the financial guarantee shall be returned to <br />the Permittee. In the event the Permittee fails to complete the project, the City may <br />complete the project or perform any remedial action necessary with City day labor and/or <br />by letting contracts for said completion and draw upon the escrow for payment. The <br />Pcrmittee hereby grants permission and a license to the City and/or its contractors and <br />assigns to enter upon the Site for the purpose of completing the project or performing <br />remedial action in the event of the Permittee's default. <br /> <br />10i <br /> <br />That the Permittee hereby agrees to reimburse the City for all expenses incurred in <br />administering and enforcing this Permit.
