Community Television <br /> <br /> 737 East River Road <br />Anoka, Ramsey, AndoVer & Champlin Anoka, MN. 55303 <br /> (612) 427-1411 <br /> <br /> MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF <br /> May 18,1995 <br /> <br /> CALL TO ORDER - 1 <br /> <br />Chair Gerald Cotten called the QCTV-33 Board of Directors meeting to <br />order at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers of Anoka City Hall <br />irdmediately following the regular Quad Cities Cable Communications <br />COmmission meeting. <br /> <br />Commissioners 'present were Gerald Cotten, Ken Peterson, Vicki Volk, <br />Bruce Johnson, Mike Johnson, Mark Nagel and Ryan Schroeder. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA - 2 <br /> <br />MOtion was made by Nagel, seconded by M. Johnson TO APPROVE <br />THE CONSENT AGENDA. <br /> <br />2.1 <br />2.2 <br /> <br />2.3 <br /> <br />APPROVED THE APRIL 20,1995, MEETING MINUTES. <br />AUTHORIZED PAYMENT OF THE BILLS AS PRESENTED: <br />CABLE COMMISSION, $5,197.99; AND US WEST, $197.07; A/V <br />WHOLESALERS, $156.08; AND CAPITOL MUSIC, $17,00.00. <br />ACCEPTED THE APRIL FINANCIAL REPORT AS PRESENTED <br />SHOWING AN OPERATING FUND BALANCE OF $96,571.17 <br />AND THE 4M FUND ENDING BALANCE ON APRIL 1995, OF <br />$55,236.27. <br /> <br />7 ayes - 0 nays. Motion carried. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS - 3 <br /> <br />3.1 <br /> <br />Programming Reports <br /> <br />The written programming reports were included in the packet from <br />the three full time producers in Community, Government and Sports <br />programming areas. <br /> <br />O~Cormell stated that he has talked to Alpha Video regarding the 30 day <br />no obligation and found that after the initial 30 days they will extend <br />for another 30 days or take it out. This will give 60 days to test the <br />system. There will be some software upgrades needed, but it was hard <br />toipinpoint exactly what, nature of any computer purchase.
