He added that it s programs such as these mat <br /> make Ramsey a better place to live. <br /> <br /> 5) <br /> Minnesota Open Meeting Law <br /> <br /> City Attorney Goodrich stated that with regard to the open meeting law, Council can recess <br /> the meeting tonight and reopen the meeting tomorrow night to deal with the Comprehensive <br /> Plan. Following the reopening of the meeting, they can vote to close it. <br /> ADJOURNMENT/RECESS ' <br /> Motion by Councilmember Beahen and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to recess the <br /> City Council meeting to tomorrow night, May I0, 1995 at 5:30 p.m. <br /> <br /> Motion carried.
