The developers recognize that such services are not <br />readily available, nor will they be for some time to come. The <br />developers have no desire to encourage or expedite the normal <br />extension of Such services, and are willing to wait indefinitely <br /> <br />for the development of this outlot. <br /> IV. MUNICIPAL PARTICIPATION <br /> <br /> The City of Ramsey will not be asked to participate <br />financially, nor to issue any bonds in connection with this <br />project, excepl with the possibility of bonding for specially <br />assessed road Construction.
