,I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #95-06- A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THgRUM RIVER HILLS DEVELOPMENT (PUD) TO ALLOW FOR THE ESTABLIS~IMENT OF A GOLF COURSE MAINTENANCE BUILDING ON THE SITE WHEREAS, on December 11, 1984, by Resolution #84-240, the City Council approved the final developm.. . ~nt. plan of the Rum River Hills PUD which provided that there would likely be an out-building m Which to store power carts; and WHEREAS, on May 16, 1995, Rum River Hill's, Inc., applied for site plan approval to construct a golf corse maintenance building on Outlot G of Rum River Hills; and WHEREAS, on June 6, 1995, the site plan was presented to the Planning Commission and action on the lite plan was tabled and a public hearing was scheduled for June 21, 1995 to consider amendingl the PUD Development Plan to specifically allow for the establishment of a maintenance building on Outlot G; and WHEREAS, on June 21, 1995, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing and recommended~'City Council adoption of f'mdings of fact relating to the proposed amendment to the Development Plan. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STA'I~E OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That Coun°il approves an amendment to the Rum River Hills PUD Development Plan, based on F~ndings of Fact # , to allow for the establishment and operation of a golf course mair~tenance building on Outlot G, Rum River Hills. -OR- 2) That Council denies an amendment to the Rum River Hills PUD Development Plan, based on Finding~ of Fact # , to allow for the establishment and operation of a golf course maintenanc~ building on Outlot G, Rum River Hills. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember andlupon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the day of ,1995.
