CASE # <br /> <br />ADOPT PI~OPOSED ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF THE <br />DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS ACROSS <br /> LOTS 4 AND 5, BLOCK 2, RIVER'S BLUFF SECOND ADDITION <br /> By: i James Gromberg, Economic Development Coordinator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />At the meeting Of July 25, 1995, Council introduced an ordinance vacating a portion of the <br />drainage and t~tility easements across Lots 4 and 5, Block 2, River's Bluff Second <br />Addition.
