ORDINANCE NO. 95- <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING <br />UTILITY EASEMENT IN THE <br />MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION I. AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City <br />of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 4t2.851. <br /> <br />CERTAIN DEDICATED DRAINAGE AND <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, <br /> <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> <br />Tht <br /> <br />following described dedicate drainage and utility easements is hereby vacated, to-wit: <br /> <br />That portion of a drainage and utility easement lying five feet on both sides of the common <br />lot line between Lot 4 and Lot 5 of Block 2 of River's Bluff subdivision, the center lin e of <br />said easement being described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at the southeasterly comer of Lot 4, Block 2 of River's Bluff 2nd Addition; <br />thence North 57 degrees 41 minutes 46 seconds West along the common property line with <br />Lot 5, Block 2 of said subdivision west to the point of beginning; thence North 57 degrees <br />41 minutes 46 seconds west to a distance of 370 feet +/- and there terminating. The point <br />of termination being exactly 70 feet from the center or the cul-de-sac of 152nd Court N.W. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
